SHIFT permits translation of nodes, polygons or markers in the x and y directions. Picking SHIFT brings up the following panel on the right:
Note that there is not an automatic refresh of the screen after SHIFT NODES, SHIFT POLYGONS or SHIFT MARKERS . The effect of these options can be seen only when REDRAW is Picked.
