After completing the creation of the depth grid and the initial model grid, successive revisions of the model grid are always in NEIGH format. The model grid shown as input to programs in the following flowchart is the most recently revised model grid output from the preceding stage(s).
At this stage, the model grid produced is normally ready for initial modelling use. Many different factors may lead to further modification of the grid; this can be carried out by means of the EDITOR. Whenever a substantial amount of editing is done, it is recommended that option CheckNodes be applied again to adjust triangle shape. In any case, REDEP should be run again to re-evaluate depths at any vertices moved or created. Note that if boundary nodes of a grid are moved outside the original domain, it is advisable to update the reference depth grid correspondingly.
